Sonal Krishan

Sonal Krishan has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Assistant Manager of HR at Idea Cellular Ltd from June 2008 to August 2010. Sonal then joined Marico Limited as a Corporate HR Manager, responsible for campus hiring and engagement initiatives. Sonal later took on the role of L&D Manager, overseeing potential assessments, training needs analysis, and employee engagement. Sonal then became an HR Business Partner before leaving Marico Limited in November 2014.

In 2016, Sonal joined Titan Company Limited as a Manager of HR and later took on the role of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding. Their responsibilities at Titan included strategic planning, talent management, and serving as the point of contact for HRM initiatives for Tata Group HR and other industry forums.

Currently, Sonal is working at OnMobile Global Limited, starting as a Human Resources Director from March 2022 to November 2023. Sonal will then transition to their current role as the Head of Human Resources, where they are responsible for the overall HR function in the company.

Sonal Krishan completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at St. Stephen's College, Delhi from 2003 to 2006. Afterwards, they pursued an MBA at the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad from 2006 to 2008, specializing in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
