Julian Sadikaj

Julian Sadikaj is an experienced IT professional currently serving as an ICT - Operations Support Engineer at Onnec since March 2023. Previously, Julian worked at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Data Center Operations Technician, where responsibilities included acting as a first responder for high-severity events and managing ticket resolutions. With a strong background as an IT Specialist at Smart Call Sh.p.k, Julian designed and installed network systems across multiple company branches and configured various operating systems. Early career experiences include self-employed IT services, maintaining networks and databases, and internships focused on computer installation and web development. Julian holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University "Aleksandër Moisiu" Durrës, obtained in 2015.
