Archana (Arch) Sondhi has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Archana (Arch) is currently the VP of Sales & Marketing at ONO PHARMA USA, Inc. Prior to this, they worked as the US Hematology Marketing Head at AstraZeneca from April 2020 to June 2022. Archana (Arch) also served as the Sr. Director, Brand Lead for SARCLISA at Sanofi Genzyme from January 2019 to March 2020. Archana worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb from 2012 to 2019, where they held various roles including EMPLICITI Professional Marketing Lead, US Marketing OPDIVO Lymphoma Lead, Worldwide Marketing HCV: Promotion Lead, and Associate Director of Customer Insights & Analytics. Before joining Bristol-Myers Squibb, they were a Sr. Account Manager at PharmARC Inc from November 2010 to January 2012. Prior to that, they worked at PharmARC Analytic Solutions as a Project Manager and Consultant from April 2008 to November 2010. Archana started their career as a Sr. Scientist at Biocon, where they developed formulations for injectables, played a role in process development and scale-ups, and was instrumental in preparing documentation for regulatory audits. Archana (Arch) also worked as a Development Ass. II at PDL Biopharma.

Archana (Arch) Sondhi obtained a Bachelors of Technology degree in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 1998 to 2002. Archana (Arch) then pursued a Master's degree in Biochemistry at Texas Tech University from 2002 to 2004.
