Cynthia Fairbairn

Cynthia Fairbairn has extensive work experience in the clinical operations and project management field. Their most recent position was as an Associate Director of Clinical Operations for ONO Pharma USA, Inc. starting in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr Study Manager for the same company from February 2021 to March 2022.

Before joining ONO Pharma, Cynthia was an Associate Project Director at Syneos Health Clinical Solutions from February 2020 to November 2020. Cynthia also served as a Clinical Trial Project Manager in Oncology at Eli Lilly and Company from 2014 to February 2020.

Cynthia started their career as a Project Coordinator at CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services in 2013, followed by a role as a Regulatory Specialist II at Community Research from 2012 to 2013. In 2011, they worked as a QA at North Cliff Consultants, INC, and from 2009 to 2011, they were a Sr. Clinical Trials Assistant at QuintilesIMS.

Cynthia Fairbairn received their Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology from the University of Central Missouri between 1999 and 2001.
