Chris Nichols

Chris Nichols has a long and varied work experience. Starting in 2007, they worked at Fathom: A Digital Marketing & Analytics Agency as a Graphic Designer, PBM Account Manager, SEO Internship, Director of Conversion Optimization, and Director of Email Template & Landing Page Conversion. In 2013, they worked as a Frontend Development Consultant at Oxford Global Resources. From 2010 to 2014, they were the Founder of Nicholsii, where they created the website "Which Car Is Right For Me". Finally, from 2014 to present, they have been working at Onosys as a Senior Software Developer / Tech Lead, Development Team Manager, and Frontend Developer. During their time at Onosys, they have been the lead frontend developer for all Onosys SaaS properties, helping guide other frontend team members, conducting code reviews, and facilitating Agile workflows. Chris has also served as an internal UI/UX stakeholder and has implemented accessibility improvements according to ADA / WCAG 2 standards.

Chris Nichols attended Baldwin Wallace University from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing. Prior to that, they attended the University of Connecticut in 2004 and Case Western Reserve University from 2002 to 2003. Chris also holds a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) certification from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in April 2020.
