Melissa Sargent has a wealth of work experience, starting in 2010 as a Manager at BIGGBY COFFEE, where they were responsible for greeting and assisting customers, preparing drinks and food, and managing the store. In 2012, they became an Assistant General Manager at Teavana. In 2014, they moved to Whole Foods Market, where they held the role of Whole Body Buyer and Customer Service Supervisor/Team Trainer. In 2017, they became a Licensing Specialist at Hantz Group. In 2018, they were an Administrative Assistant at M3 Investment Services. From 2020 to present, they have held the role of Product Owner - Invoice and Change of Circumstance and Wire Specialist at United Wholesale Mortgage. In their current role, they provide exceptional client support, applies technical expertise and product knowledge to drive the diagnosis and resolution of reported client issues, manages competing priorities, and coordinates all activities for client projects. Melissa also works with product management and development teams to create Statements of Work for client projects, presents the SOW to the client, and regularly engages with clients to build strong relationships.

Melissa Sargent graduated from Waterford Mott High School in 2010. In 2021, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
