Sam Borick has a long history of software development experience. In 2016, they worked as an Android Developer at Guard1 and Hyland, where they learned how to make changes in a 1M+ LOC Codebase and designed and implemented a desktop application for automatic data recovery. Sam also co-founded HungerPerks that same year, where they taught himself Angular 2, Ionic, Cordova, and Golang API Development in 3 months and designed and built the HungerPerks Ionic mobile app, Golang backend, and Angular admin web application. In 2017, they worked as a Software Developer at Pepware, where they built a mobile application for Excalibur Auto Body and Oriana House, automated the ordering process for the Elite Screens e-commerce store, and consulted with local small businesses on the viability of their mobile application concept. In 2018, they worked as a Xamarin Developer at Virginia Transportation Corporation, where they built the VTC mobile app and increased driver efficiency by providing process controls and real-time data feedback. Finally, in 2019, they worked as a Software Developer at Onosys, where they streamlined the mobile app delivery process from a multi-day manual build to a 5 minute automated process.

Sam Borick graduated from The University of Akron in 2018 with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science. Sam began their studies in 2015.
