Melissa began their career as an office clerk and later became a laboratory assistant and phlebotomist. Melissa eventually transitioned into healthcare administration, serving as a clinical access program manager and director of financial operations for Providence Health & Services. In their current role as a board member at OnPoint, Melissa uses their extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry to help the company achieve its goals.

Melissa Damm has a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Gonzaga University, as well as a minor in business. Melissa also has an MBA in management from Seattle University.
