Scott Zimmerman

Scott Zimmerman, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Executive Director of Human Resources at OnPoint Medical Group since May 2024, where responsibilities include managing human resources administration, streamlining communication, and overseeing payroll and benefits administration to enhance efficiency. Previously, Scott held the position of Director of Human Resources at George T. Sanders Company from February 2008 to April 2022, leading various HR functions across multiple locations and implementing strategies for employee engagement, compensation, and training. Earlier, Scott worked as a Facilities Project Manager at WSM, The Shane Company, from 2001 to 2008, liaising with contractors on construction and maintenance projects. Scott holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Psychology with a Minor in Sociology from the University of Northern Colorado, complemented by studies at the University of Colorado Denver.
