Matt Belke

Matt has been the Director of Logistics for OnPoint since 2020.

Matt is a logistics professional, with over a decade of experience in working with manufacturers, sales organizations, and logistics providers to improve material flow and company profitability.

Matt works with his partners to identify best-cost solutions for products and components, create SOPs for product receipts, repair/replace, and scrapping. He assists the logistics teams in forecasting and managing inventory levels for WIP and finished goods. Matt manages the entirety of their small appliance warranty operations, from forecasting to receipt, repair, refurbishment, e-commerce distribution, seed stock, and part management, shipping and reporting, and actuarial analysis.
