Derek Hashaw ADN, RN, has extensive experience in nursing, currently serving as a Corporate MDS Traveler at OnPointe since April 2018 and as a Registered Nurse at the Rehabilitation & Wellness Centre of Dall since September 2016, where responsibilities have included Resident Assessment Coordinator and interim Director of Nursing/ADON. Previous roles include Licensed Vocational Nurse and Weekend Manager at Genesis HealthCare from November 2010 to August 2016, where various positions were held, including Charge Nurse and Assistant Director of Nursing. Earlier experience includes working as a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Magnolia Place Healthcare LLP from July 2004 to October 2010. Derek holds an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Galen College of Nursing and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree at The University of Texas at Arlington, alongside having obtained RUG Certification from Texas State University and a Graduate Vocational Nurse diploma from Tyler County Hospital School of Vocational Nursing.
