Odessa B. has extensive experience in talent acquisition and talent management roles. Odessa is currently working at OnProcess Technology as the Director Global Talent + Engagement, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director, Global Talent at the same company from January 2022 to June 2023. Before joining OnProcess Technology, Odessa held the role of Senior Manager, Global Talent Acquisition at the company from July 2021 to January 2022.

Before their time at OnProcess Technology, Odessa worked as a Global Talent Strategist at The Auxiliar Group from January 2020 onwards. From 2018 to 2020, they were the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at ISGF. Prior to that, they were the Talent Acquisition Manager at Clay-Court Unlimited, Inc. from 2015 to 2018. Odessa began their career at Huntington National Bank, where they served as AVP, Sr. Team Sales Manager / Talent Acquisition Support from 2004 to 2015.

Odessa B. holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Cornerstone University. They also have a Masters in Management (MMDI) degree in Organizational Diversity and Inclusion Leadership from the University of Dubuque. Odessa B. has additional certifications, including the Diversity Without Divison Certificate and Employing Abilities at Work Certificate from SHRM, the Leading Workplace Diversity Certificate from Rice Business - Jones Graduate School of Business, and The Art and Science of an Enhanced Candidate Experience Certificate from SHRM.
