Ritika Tondwal is a seasoned product leader with extensive experience in product management and development. Currently serving as a Product Leader at OnScreen since January 2021, Ritika focuses on enhancing user experience through a Digital Adoption Platform that empowers employees to navigate complex technology with confidence. Prior experience includes roles as Product Manager and Senior Program Manager at Winshuttle from 2008 to 2021, where Ritika was instrumental in managing the Desktop product line and validating market requirements. Ritika began professional career as a Summer Intern at Covansys in 2007, conducting impactful analyses in the payments sector. Ritika holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and a B.Tech in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra.
