Christopher Black has a diverse work experience in the field of quality control and welding inspection. Christopher Black attended Weatherford High School from 1999 to 2003, where they pursued general studies. After high school, they enrolled at the Caddo Kiowa Technology Center from 2002 to 2004, earning a Oklahoma State Certification Card in Welding with a focus on Welding Technology/Welder.

In addition to their formal education, Christopher Black obtained several certifications. In January 2004, they obtained a Welder Certification from the Oklahoma Department of Labor. Later on, in September 2014, they received certifications in Abnormal Operating Conditions - Field from NCCER and ISN Safety Training from ISN. In April 2015, they obtained certifications in PEC Safety from PEC Safety and Smith System Defensive Driving from Smith System.
