Aideen McCambridge

Aideen McCambridge is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in strategic management and operational excellence across various sectors. Currently serving as Operations Director at Onside Accounting Limited, Aideen oversees daily operations and works closely with the CEO on strategic projects. Previous roles include Operations Manager at Flynn O'Driscoll LLP, Finance & Operations Director at Strive4 Academy Trust, and Bursar at Princess Helena College. Aideen has also contributed to community and economic development in Northern Ireland and managed business development for Andras House Hotels. Academic qualifications include a BSSc (Hons) in Information Management & Sociology from Queen's University Belfast and a PG Dip in Communications, Advertising & Public Relations from Ulster University.
