Jade Bleese

Jade Bleese is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management, volunteering, and training. Currently serving as the Fundraising and Engagement Manager at Onside Advocacy since September 2022, Jade also holds the position of Wellbeing Services Manager, overseeing teams focused on social prescribing and well-being services in collaboration with Primary Care Networks and Public Health in south Worcestershire. Prior to this, Jade worked as a Volunteer Coordinator for Worcester Community Trust, facilitating volunteer engagement across multiple locations. Earlier roles at Ecotricity included Continuous Improvement Officer and Operational Trainer, where Jade led process improvement initiatives and training across various departments. Jade began the career at Newsquest Media as a Sales and Advertorial Executive. Jade earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Plymouth in 2013.
