Sophie Smith

Sophie Smith is an experienced HR professional, currently serving as Head of HR at Onside Advocacy since May 2024. Prior to this role, Sophie was HR Operations Manager at Keys Group from July 2023 to May 2024 and held various HR positions at Accomplish Group, including HR Operations Manager and HR Recruitment and Compliance Manager from January 2017 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes roles such as Head of HR and HR Business Partner at Autism West Midlands, HR Advisor at Embrace Group, and HR Advisor and Administrator at Core Assets.
