Kathleen McDonald

Kathleen McDonald is an experienced neonatologist and Sole Proprietor at Baby First Neonatology, LLC since January 2020. With a strong background in clinical coverage and hospital transitions, Kathleen has provided 24/7 support at various level II-III hospitals across the US through Onsite Neonatal Partners, Inc. since August 2005, holding positions including Vice President of Medical Affairs and Director of Neonatology. Previous roles include serving as a neonatologist at Johns Hopkins Medicine and Pediatrix Medical Group, along with a staff position at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore. Kathleen McDonald earned a Doctor of Medicine from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, following a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Denison University, and completed pediatrics residency and neonatal-perinatal medicine fellowship at Brown University.
