Tom Swain

Tom Swain is a seasoned professional in sales and business development, currently serving as the Regional Business Development Manager at Onsite Women's Health since July 2023. Previously, Tom worked at Avanos Medical as an Account Consultant and held the position of Territory Manager at Galatea Surgical, Inc., where management of the Pacific Northwest territory involved selling bioresorbable surgical scaffolds to plastic surgeons. Tom's experience also includes advising for PeerWell, where strategic direction and market introductions to key clinical leaders were provided, as well as serving as the Director of Sales and Business Development at BEACON MEDICAL SOLUTIONS, leading sales efforts throughout Northern California. Early career highlights include a role as a Sales Representative at Smith & Nephew Orthopaedics, selling joint fluid therapy and bone healing systems, and a Team Lead position at ServiceSource, managing a high-performing sales team. Tom holds a BA degree in History, English, and Political Science from Kenyon College.
