Payal Kasliwal is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Associate Vice President and Principal Software Architect at Onsitego since September 2023. With a background that includes roles such as Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Senior Software Developer at Onsitego from 2016 to 2023, Payal has successfully led strategic planning, project execution, and team management for various software initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Software and Firmware Lead at a stealth mode startup focused on an automated tea brewer, online tutoring for multiple educational platforms, co-founding Folk, a traditional apparel venture, and working as an Application Developer at IBM India Private Limited on web-based applications for contract management. Payal holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from M.B.M. Engineering College.
