Shifa Suresh

Shifa Suresh is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leading HR functions across various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Human Resources at Onsitego since June 2022, Shifa has previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at both Rossari Biotech Limited and Alliance Tire Group, where strategic HR management and process alignment with organizational strategies were prominent contributions. With a background in HR consulting, Shifa has successfully managed HR outsourcing contracts and implemented best practices to enhance company performance. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduation in Human Resources from XLRI Jamshedpur and a BA from Bangalore University.
