Ryan Pinkham

Ryan Pinkham has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries and roles.

Ryan currently works at OnSiteIQ as an Operations Specialist, where they are responsible for quality assurance and quality control of data on the OnsiteIQ CIP platform. Ryan collaborates with the engineering team to resolve errors in the data pipeline and identifies issues with walk data. Additionally, they communicate with Field Operations Managers to address and resolve issues or provide annotations.

Prior to OnSiteIQ, Ryan worked at KP Evolutions. Ryan started as an Audio Visual Technician and later became a Lead AV Network Administrator. In their role as a Lead AV Network Administrator, they managed the technology team and oversaw a large-scale AV project for a Dallas client. Ryan also developed IT documentation standards and collaborated with various managers to create small jobs process documents. Ryan also served as an AV Integration Manager, where they managed a team and ensured the successful completion of a multi-million-dollar AV project.

Before that, Ryan was involved in live stream production at CrossPointe Community Church Tyler, TX, where they researched and implemented a multicamera broadcast system for Sunday morning services. Ryan mentored and developed the AV tech team and resolved technical issues during off-campus events.

Ryan also worked at The University of Texas at Tyler as a Video Production Specialist. In this role, they managed video and audio productions, mentored a team, and established relationships with administrators and faculty members. Ryan also troubleshooted technical issues to ensure successful conferences and speaking engagements.

At Video Magic Productions, Ryan served as a Media Production Specialist. Ryan partnered with executive management to produce and master CDs, created fundraising presentations, and managed event productions for nonprofit clients. Ryan also directed and produced documentaries and filmed and photographed pipeline construction processes.

Overall, Ryan Pinkham has demonstrated expertise in operations, AV technology, live stream production, video editing, and project management throughout their career.

Ryan Pinkham holds a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from the University of Texas at Tyler. Ryan also holds an Associate's degree in New Media Authoring, Compositing & Distribution from Palomar College. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications, including Dante Certification Level 1 from Audinate in October 2017, How Sound Systems Work (Course 50) from SynAudCon in July 2017, and Crestron Fundamentals Residential (CTI-CFR) from Crestron Electronics in January 2021. Ryan also holds a 2nd Degree Black Belt from ATA American Taekwondo Association, achieved in March 2004, and DM NVX Network certification from Crestron Electronics, obtained in September 2020.
