Jess Paulus currently serves as Vice President of Real World Research at Ontada, beginning in October 2023. Previously, Jess held the position of Vice President of Research at OM1, Inc., where leadership included integrating epidemiology and biostatistics teams and supervising various research product lines. Jess also has extensive academic experience, having been an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Tufts University from 2009 to 2021 and serving in adjunct faculty roles at Tufts University School of Medicine and Harvard School of Public Health. Educational qualifications include a ScD in Epidemiology from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a BS in Biology from Haverford College.
