Katie Sehn

Katie Sehn has a solid work experience spanning across several companies. Katie currently holds a position as Sr. Program Manager, QMS at Ontada, where they work as part of the data governance team to ensure quality oncology data is preserved. Prior to this, they worked as a Quality Engineering Manager for Prestone, where they managed overall quality for the entire West Coast antifreeze plant and directly supervised a team of quality inspectors and blenders. Before that, they worked for BakerCorp, where they held two different roles - Quality Manager, Quality & Engineering Field Support and Quality Engineer, Operation Field Support. As the Quality Manager, they developed and implemented a detailed quality management system modeled after ISO 9001 for 20K rental assets across North America and Europe and successfully implemented new engineering product plans resulting in quality improvements. As the Quality Engineer, they provided quality and chemical engineering escalation support for 300 Branch Managers and sales professionals and developed and executed a strategy to attain more than $500M in annual savings through Lean quality procedures.
