Menon Dwarka

Menon Dwarka is an experienced professional in the arts and culture sector, currently serving as the Founder of MPD Culture Consultants since April 2021, focusing on aligning cultural initiatives with Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion principles. Menon has held multiple roles as a Peer Assessor for prominent organizations such as the Ontario Arts Council, Toronto Arts Council, and Canada Council for the Arts since 2019. Additionally, Menon has been the Senior Vice President at the Arts Consulting Group and previously served on the board of the Canadian Opera Company and as Executive Director for Soundstreams and Arts Etobicoke. Menon's career spans various consultancy and leadership positions, complemented by a strong educational background with multiple degrees in music from the University of Toronto and Stony Brook University.
