Senior Program Manager for Women in Health Initiative (WiHI) at Ontario Bioscience Industry Organization

Garima Ghale, PhD has an extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Garima is currently working as a Senior Program Manager for Women in Health Initiative (WiHI) at the Ontario Bioscience Innovation Organization. In this role, they spearheaded and launched the OBIO WiHI program, aimed at helping women enter the health technology industry and move into senior management roles. Garima also served as a Senior Program Manager for Business Development Skills at OBIO, where they launched the Business Development Skills Program (BDSP) to address workforce challenges and support the growth of health sciences companies.

Afterward, they enrolled at Jacobs University Bremen and obtained their BSc Degree in Chemistry from 2005 to 2008. Garima continued their education at Jacobs University Bremen, completing their MSc Degree in Nanomolecular Science from 2008 to 2010. Garima Ghale then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Chemistry from 2010 to 2014, also at Jacobs University Bremen.
