Sandra Winkelbauer is a seasoned professional in pharmacy management, currently serving as the Manager of Special Projects at the Ontario College of Pharmacists since February 2006. In this role, Sandra leads initiatives to assess regulatory risks and oversees projects from policy development to evaluation. Previous positions at the College include Manager of Registrant Competence and Manager of Continuing Competency, where Sandra enhanced registration and quality assurance programs for pharmacists. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Education at the Ontario Pharmacists' Association, where strategic planning and program development were key responsibilities. Sandra holds a Professional Master of Public Administration from Queen's University, a Certificate in Adult Training and Development from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the University of Toronto.

The Ontario College of Pharmacists (OCP), incorporated in 1871, is the registering and regulating body for the profession of pharmacy in Ontario.
