Charlie Floriano

Charlie Floriano has extensive experience in information technology management. Charlie started their career as Manager of IT Desktop Services at Famous Players in 1997. Charlie then moved on to become Director of IT Technology Services at AGF Management Limited in 2003, where they worked until 2010. From 2010 to 2016, Charlie worked at Toronto Hydro, first as Manager of IT Service and Application Support and then as Director of IT Service and Application Support. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Information Technology at Ontario Energy Board.

Charlie Floriano attended Ryerson University from 2006 to 2010, studying Information Technology. Prior to that, from 1986 to 1990, they attended Centennial College and studied Business Administration and Management, General. Charlie's education began at Harbord Collegiate from 1981 to 1986. In terms of additional certifications, Charlie obtained the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) certification from ISACA in 2018, and the ITIL certification from Pink Elephant in 2006.
