Leeann Murray

LeeAnn Murray is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in patient services and care coordination. Currently serving as the Director of Patient Services at Home and Community Care Support Services Waterloo Wellington since November 2015, LeeAnn oversees patient flow, nursing leadership, and several key programs including the Wound Care Program and Integrated Comprehensive Care. Previously, as Client Service Manager at Waterloo Wellington CCAC from December 2009 to November 2015, LeeAnn managed both regulated and non-regulated hospital staff, focusing on efficient service delivery under the home first philosophy. LeeAnn holds a Master's Degree in Leadership from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McMaster University.
