Paul Dempsey has diverse work experience in various industries. Paul started their career at Canada Post as a Project Manager, where they designed space management plans and managed office/warehouse renovations. Paul also worked as a Facility and Project Manager, overseeing the operations and management of multiple properties. In 2009, they joined the Ontario Heritage Trust as a Manager of Operations, responsible for preserving and maintaining cultural heritage properties. Paul later became the Director of Corporate Businesses & Services, leading strategic planning and directing multiple units within the organization. Additionally, they worked as a Sales Representative at Royal LePage Real Estate Services Ltd., where they provided assistance to clients in navigating the real estate market.
Paul Dempsey has a diverse education history. Paul attended Fanshawe College from 1980 to 1982, where they studied Electrical Engineering Technician. Prior to that, from 1974 to 1978, they attended Montcalm High School and obtained various degrees. In addition to their formal education, Paul obtained a Master's Certificate in Project Management from The George Washington University School of Business, specializing in Project Management. Paul also holds a Lean & Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Rath & Strong Management Consultants in Lean & Six Sigma. Moreover, Paul obtained a Building Accessibility Excellence Assessor certification from Excellence Canada in June 2013.
