Joanne Philipose

Joanne Philipose has extensive experience in benefits management, currently serving as the Manager of OHA Benefit Plans at the Ontario Hospital Association since October 2005. In this role, Joanne is responsible for managing and coordinating sponsored group benefits, advisory committees, collective agreement provisions, and trend analysis for group benefits. Prior to this, Joanne worked as a Benefits Consultant at Medisys from October 2004 to October 2005 and held the position of Assistant Director at Medcan Clinic from 1998 to 2004, where management of claims intake was a key responsibility. Joanne's educational background includes a degree from the University of Toronto Mississauga.
