Donna McKenzie has a diverse and extensive work history in human resources. Beginning in 2006, they served as the Director of Human Resources for Motorola Canada Limited where they led a team of 12 professionals and implemented strategies that resulted in a significant increase in sales. Additionally, McKenzie secured funding to establish engineering partnerships with universities, leading to a strong talent pipeline. From 2010 to 2014, they worked for Motorola Solutions as the Director of Global HR Operations, managing various outsourced services and contributing to cost savings through the implementation of new HR technologies.
