Laurent HOFFER is a highly experienced computational chemist and research scientist currently working at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research since March 2021. Prior to this, Laurent HOFFER held a position as a postdoctoral researcher at the Cancer Research Center of Marseille from May 2015 to February 2021, specializing in the design of protein-protein interaction inhibitors and the development of innovative methodologies like DOTS and CovaDOTS. Laurent HOFFER's career also includes significant contributions during a PhD at NovAliX focused on drug discovery and various molecular modeling approaches, as well as earlier roles supporting drug design initiatives at NovAliX and engaging in molecular modeling research during a PhD candidature at the University of Strasbourg. Laurent HOFFER holds a Research Doctorate in Chemoinformatics and has a strong educational background with multiple degrees from the University of Strasbourg in biology, informatics, and structural biology.
