Patricia P.

Patricia P. is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background in talent development, human resources management, and organizational behavior. Currently serving as the Manager of Talent Development and EDI at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research since February 2022, Patricia previously held leadership roles at Covenant House Toronto as Associate Director of Human Resources, where responsibilities included overseeing HR for 200 staff and 200 volunteers, and at RPM Technologies as Human Resources Manager. With a strong focus on recruitment, employee training, and performance management, Patricia has worked in various sectors, including software, consulting, and education, starting career development with an academic apprenticeship at Guy's and St. Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. Patricia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science, along with a Post-Graduate Diploma from Humber College and an Honours Bachelor's degree from the University of Waterloo.
