Suzane Pedrosa

Suzane Pedrosa is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Client IT Administrator and previously as an IT Support Analyst at the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research since April 2010, providing Level 2 technical support for various devices and networks. Prior to this, Suzane completed an internship as an IT Specialist at CH2M HILL, focusing on network troubleshooting and PC duties. Educational qualifications include a Bacharel in Computer Science from Universidade Federal de Ouro Preto and a Specialist degree in Telecommunications from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, complemented by technical training at ETFOP.
