Lily Kwok is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in advocacy, research, writing, and linguistics. Currently serving as the Advocacy and Research Officer at the Ontario Library Association since October 2022, Lily coordinates advocacy efforts for the library sector while overseeing research and data analysis. Previous roles include Freelance Writing Consultant, Linguist at TELUS International AI Data Solutions, and Marketing Assistant at CreativeTT, where Lily demonstrated expertise in content creation, social media management, and quality assurance in language projects. With a strong educational background, including a Master of Arts in Linguistics from the University of Connecticut, Lily has also contributed significantly to the field of linguistics through research, fieldwork with D/deaf communities, and teaching roles at various academic institutions.
