Tiffany Moore

Tiffany Moore has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Tiffany has held various roles in different organizations, starting with their current position as the Executive Director of People & Culture at the Ontario Medical Association. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Second Harvest. Tiffany also served as the Director of Strategic Human Resources at the Ontario Medical Association and as the Director of Human Resources at Doctors Without Borders/Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Canada. Tiffany has also worked in HR and administration roles at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Belgium and MSF in various capacities, including HR Responsible and HR & Administration Coordinator. Additionally, they have experience as a Country Director and Country Administrator at MSF and as a Regional Administration & Finance Coordinator at MSF. Tiffany started their career as a Site Supervisor at D. & M. Logistics.

Tiffany Moore earned a Masters of Science degree in Global HR Management with Merit from the University of Liverpool from 2010 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained an Honours Bachelor of Arts & Science degree, Summa Cum Laude, from McMaster University between 1989 and 1993. Tiffany's secondary education was completed at Fort Erie Secondary School from 1984 to 1989, where they obtained an Ontario Secondary School Diploma with Honors. In addition to their degrees, Tiffany has also received certifications in HR-related fields such as ChatGPT for HR from AIHR | Academy to Innovate HR, a Pay Equity Certificate from HRPA - Human Resources Professionals Association, and an HR Analytics Certificate from Cornell University.
