Robynn Sadler has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Robynn is currently the Director of Community Development at Ontario Native Women's Association (ONWA) since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at the Métis Nation of Ontario as the Director of Housing and Infrastructure from April 2020 to April 2022. Robynn also held the position of Senior Policy Analyst, Housing at the same organization from March 2011 to April 2020, where they co-authored the Ontario Urban and Rural First Nation, Métis and Inuit Housing Policy Framework and designed various housing and homelessness programs.
Before their time at Métis Nation of Ontario, Robynn worked at Ontario Native Women's Association as a Housing Policy Analyst from September 2008 to March 2011. During this time, they managed and executed the purchase and renovations of the organization's Community Centre, authored successful funding proposals, and developed briefings, research papers, and proposals for the executive director and policy team.
Robynn's earlier experience includes working at Métis Nation of Ontario as a Client Services Coordinator/Property Manager from June 1999 to June 2008. In this role, they executed property management plans for the Rural and Native Housing program and oversaw significant funding through renovation programs. Robynn was promoted from Assistant Client Services Representative due to their dedicated work ethic and leadership abilities.
To start their career, Robynn worked at RGIS as an Associate Area Manager from June 1998 to August 2006.

Robynn Sadler has attended Georgian College, where they studied Business/Commerce, General. Robynn also obtained an Honours Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Leadership from the same institution. In addition to their educational background, they have received certifications in various areas such as Grants Ontario System - AIMS from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing in 2015, Ontario Building Code Part 9 - Building Envelope in 2005, and Ontario Building Code Part 9 - Health and Safety in 2005.
