Chris Kautzky

Chris Kautzky, CFA, serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Ontario Pension Board since April 2019. Previously, Kautzky held the position of Managing Director at Aon Hewitt Investment Management Inc. from March 2012 to April 2019, where leadership extended to the Outsourced Chief Investment Officer business in Canada, overseeing Portfolio Management, Sales, Operations, Product Development, and Compliance. Prior to this, Kautzky was a Partner in the Investment Consulting Practice at Aon from 2000, providing advisory services in asset allocation, manager selection, and performance monitoring while being a member of the Canadian leadership team. Kautzky's career began at HSBC Global Asset Management as a Senior Manager in Product Development from 1993 to 2000. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Western University and participation in Aon's Catalyst Global leadership program since 2015.
