Dianne Barham

Dianne Barham is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and diversity recruitment, currently serving as the Lead Recruitment Equity Diversity and Inclusion at Ontario Power Generation since February 2023. Prior to this role, Dianne held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at University Health Network from October 2016 to September 2024 and worked as a Staffing Consultant at ADP from December 2010 to July 2011, focusing on end-to-end recruitment across various sectors including finance and technology.
