Michael Takla

Michael Takla is a Professional Engineer with experience in electrical and controls engineering across various industries. Currently employed at Ontario Power Generation, overseeing regulatory compliance and providing lead electrical engineering oversight for upgrade projects in hydroelectric plants. Co-founder of PRSM Medical, a medical devices start-up that developed an award-winning handheld sensor device for early detection of melanoma cancer. Holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Biomedical & Electrical Engineering and is currently pursuing a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University of Toronto.
