Rithu Raj

Rithu Raj, CTDP, is a skilled Learning Officer in Learning and Development at Ontario Power Generation since November 2021. With a diverse background in training and human resources, Rithu has held significant roles, including Manager of Learning and Development at Muthoot Management Academy, where responsibilities included coordinating 'Train the Trainer' programs across South India. Rithu also served as a Faculty Member at SLMT, focusing on Human Resource Management, and held positions at Himatsingka Seide Limited and IDBI Federal Life Insurance, specializing in talent acquisition, HR policy management, and employee engagement strategies. Rithu's educational qualifications include an ongoing program at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education, along with degrees from York University and Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, emphasizing psychology and human resource management.
