Mandar Gandhe

Mandar Gandhe started their work experience in 2008 as a Software Developer at Tata Consultancy Services. Mandar worked there until 2014. In 2015, they joined CIBC as a Database/ETL Developer, and they worked there until 2019. Since 2019, they have been working at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Mandar started as a Senior Software/Data Developer and is currently serving as the Lead Software/Data Developer.

Mandar Gandhe completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Engineering from K. J. Somaiya Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including "Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals" from Microsoft in August 2023, "Power BI Essential Training," "Python: Working with Files," "Data Ingestion with Python," "Microsoft Azure Synapse for Developers," "Programming Foundations: Data Structures," "Python Data Structures and Algorithms," "Python Object-Oriented Programming," and "Python Quick Start" from LinkedIn in different months of 2022, and "Azure Data Fundamentals" from Microsoft in August 2021. Mandar also completed "Inclusive Leadership" and "Collaborative Leadership" certifications from LinkedIn in September 2020 and July 2020, respectively.
