Neil Bisset has a significant amount of work experience in the financial services industry. Neil began their career at Bankers Trust in 1994, where they held the positions of Vice President and Assistant Vice President. Neil then moved to Deutsche Bank in 1999, where they served as Director of RM Global Markets Europe and Director of Operations Projects. Following this, Bisset joined CIBC in 2001, where they held the roles of Vice President, CIO Global Operations, Intria and Finance Technology, and SVP, CIO Wholesale Banking. In 2011, they joined TD Bank Group as the CIO of Wealth Management Technology Services, overseeing a team of approximately 550 staff. Neil is currently employed as the Senior MD and Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan.

Neil Bisset has a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering from the University of Southampton, which they obtained between the years 1984 and 1987. Prior to that, they attended Bromley Technical College from 1982 to 1983, where they studied Level IV TEC Electronics.
