Tracy MacPhee

Tracy MacPhee has over two decades of experience in the transportation and customer service sectors, currently serving as Vice President of Passenger Rail and Motor Coach at Ontario Northland since September 2010. Tracy has held various leadership roles within the company, including Senior Director of Passenger Operations and Director of Passenger Operations, focusing on customer service, food services, and hotel management. Prior experience includes serving as Airline Client Representative for Vancouver International Airport Authority, where Tracy was the primary liaison for airlines and customs operations, and earlier roles with Northwest Airlines as Terminal Duty Manager and Customer Service Supervisor. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing from Saint Mary's University.
