Rida Fatima

Rida Fatima, M.Ed., SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at Ontellus, responsible for establishing the organization's inaugural Learning and Development department with a focus on enhancing professional growth through innovative learning materials. Rida's prior experience includes roles as Learning and Development Manager and Corporate Trainer at Cedar Gate Technologies, and Training Specialist at Accredo Packaging, Inc. Additionally, Rida has held positions as a Temporary Business Analyst at Virtual Service Operations and a Partner Specialist at Microsoft, where responsibilities included recruiting and training new associates. A dedicated trainer, Rida began a career at Best Buy as a Microsoft Expert and Trainer, developing instructional strategies for staff, and also served as an Assistant Store Manager and Onboarding Specialist at Thredz. Rida holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Development from the University of Houston and is completing a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology at the University of Houston-Victoria.
