Astrid de Lathauwer

Astrid De Lathauwer has extensive work experience in various HR roles. Astrid worked as the Group HR Director at Ontex starting in 2014. Astrid also served as an Independent Board Member at IMMOBEL and Colruyt starting in 2015 and 2011 respectively. Prior to that, they were the Algemeen Directeur Acerta Consult at Acerta from 2012 to 2014. Astrid also held the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Belgacom from 2000 to 2011. Astrid started their career at AT&T as the International HR Director from 1990 to 1997. Before that, they worked as an HR Representative Eastern Europe at Monsanto from 1988 to 1990.

Astrid De Lathauwer completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University in 2004. Prior to that, they pursued a degree in History of Art at Ghent University. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Internationale Politiek & Diplomatieke Wetenschappen (International Politics & Diplomatic Sciences) from KU Leuven.
