Dominiek Tytgat

Dominiek Tytgat has over 20 years of work experience, starting in 1998 as a Controller at Clama Mattress Ticking N.V. From 1999 to 2001, they worked as an Office Manager at Jaritex Bedding, where they managed the back office and supported sales agents. From 2001 to 2004, they worked at STAS as a Buyer Raw Materials & Subcontracting / Warehouse & Supply Manager, where they focused on finding new suppliers and implementing improvements in subcontracting and warehouse management. Since 2004, Tytgat has been with Ontex, starting as a Purchasing Analyst / Packaging Buyer and eventually becoming the Group Purchasing Director. In this role, they managed a team of 24 purchasing managers and oversaw the company's raw material and packaging spend, as well as indirect spend and Capex. Dominiek worked on cost-saving initiatives, continuous improvement, and major projects with consulting firms. In January 2019, Tytgat transitioned to the role of VP Direct Procurement at Ontex.

Dominiek Tytgat has a post-graduate degree in Economics, International Marketing, Management, and Logistics from Hantal - Young European Entrepreneur and Administrator, which was obtained from 1997 to 1998. Prior to that, Dominiek Tytgat also completed a graduate degree in Marketing, Purchasing, Procurement, and Logistics from Hantal - Kortrijk, which was earned from 1994 to 1997.
