Lovisa You

Lovisa You have a diverse range of work experience in human resources and administration. Lovisa currently works at OnTheList as the HR & Admin Head for China, a position they have held since July 2022. Prior to that, they were the HR Manager for China at the same company starting from February 2020. Before joining OnTheList, Lovisa worked at EasyRong as an HR Manager from June 2016 to January 2020. Lovisa also gained experience as an APAC C&B Specialist at Carestream Health, where they worked from March 2013 to May 2016. Lovisa began their career at IKEA as a Human Resources Generalist, a role they held from July 2009 to March 2013.

Lovisa You attended Shanghai International Studies University from 2005 to 2009, where they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in International Economics and Trade.
