Gillian Skyers

Gillian Skyers is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Ontic since June 2022 and Mason Controls since March 2019, Gillian has previously held the position of HR Director at Esterline Control and Communications Systems from July 2017 to March 2019, and served as Senior HR Manager at Esterline Advanced Sensors from November 2005 to July 2017, overseeing HR management for four locations with a total headcount of 750 employees. Gillian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from the University of Surrey, earned between 1999 and 2001.
